With John HEMPEL I went in and told him what I was looking for and why we needed the trunk space measured to make sure that a wheelchair and an oxygen concentrator would fit. Don Hattan Ford in Augusta is a great place to buy, sell or trade a car. We just bought our 3rd car from them. Hogan Lovelady was very friendly and informative. He and Thad made the process of buying and trading in our vehicle simple and fast. They also have a great service department. Which we have used for many years since buying our vehicles from them.

I preordered a ford maverick from this dealership over year ago spec to way i wanted it .Would check on my ford order status through out the year.I knew more about the process than the salesmen.They were having a hard time getting hold of me because I moved and they were calling a family members phone number.So I got back to them a month or two before my build was scheduled .Even gave the salesmen my cell number so I could be notified when my truck was delivered from ford as i have been notified by ford when my truck was ready.Clearly I wanted this truck .So they emailed one day and seen it the next morning then when I called the the next day they sold my truck without my consent .I reported this to the dealership and no one seemed to care .I filed a case with for ford reporting how they stole my truck order from me .The dealership claimed they sold it but ford had no recorded record of the truck being register to anyone and it still was in transit .So they sold my truck to highest bidder I figure because a lot scalping of mavericks have been going on selling $5.000 to $10.000 over msrp.The manager was suppose to find me another truck but wanted me to do all the foot work for a dealer trade .The manager basically blew me off and could care less I was going to leave a bad review of this business.Jill Hattan may be nice person but the people running her business are tarnishing her reputation .People will remember who took advantage of the public when chip shortage, material shortage ends .Very bad way to run a business for long term success of retaining customers for life.
