Not bad

The people was nice they have the car I was looking for .it took awhile but after that I was on my way down the high way

Great customer service

The sales person was down to earth. No pressure. Great shopping experience. The car was reasonable priced and no need to haggle. I would buy from this sales person again.

GREAT CAR , GREAT PRICE, GREAT SALES TEAM

The whole experience was good, they did not pressure us into the sale, they took time and showed us the car along with 2 test drives. Mr. Overton worked with his sales team and gave us a very fair trade in price for our car and a good price for the car we were purchasing. all and all a good car buying experience and by the way we LOVE the Audi! Thanks John!

Beautiful people, beautiful car

I Bought a very nice Honda Accord from John Ramin and they were so accommodating and helpful. I dont believe I could find a better deal and even if I could it seems worth coming here as the gentlemen at the Rolls-Royce Motorcars are very upfront and honest and give you the type of customer service you expect when buying a car. They have my business for sure!!

Best car buying experience I have ever had!!!

I recently retired from the Military and told myself I wanted a luxury car, something I always admired and wanted. I made an appointment to test drive a Jaguar. Hilda was my sales agent and welcomed me with open arms. She was very professional and was willing to do whatever it took to get me in the car that I wanted. She never gave up on me and gave me my space when I needed it and when it was time to close the deal she was all in. I would 100% recommend Hilda to anyone who is looking for a luxury car. I appreciate her hard work and dedication.

My luxury vehicle purchase at Rolls Royce in Raleigh.

I contacted Ms. Parker after finding the vehicle online. She gave me the information I needed and invited me to the dealership. It was a pleasure doing business with Hilda. We were greeted immediately with a warm welcome. The vehicle looked great. She invited us for a test drive prior to making a decision. She was knowledgeable and made everything easy. I’d recommend going to see Hilda to my friends and family. It was a pleasure doing business with Hilda.

The most pleasant buying experience I’ve ever had

The Westgate Auto Group, specifically RollsRoyce Motors of Raleigh, was found to be professional, informative, and a joy to work with. John Overton proved to be beyond accommodating to me in the purchase of my 2018 Lexus LC 500. John’s sales acumen and no pressure demeanor was ideal, and was greatly appreciated. Don (Finance Director) was equally outstanding and made the paperwork aspect of the transaction smooth and trouble free. Prince (Sales) was very helpful with the vehicle test drive and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I traveled from Central Florida to Raleigh to test drive and purchase this vehicle and have no regrets in doing so. I would highly recommend Westgate to family and friends to satisfy any of their vehicle purchase needs. I now have a beautiful car and great memories of the buying experience thanks to the outstanding staff members of Westgate. This team earns my gratitude and commendation.

Great experience

John was very helpful and personable. He helped with some of the vehicles quirks and was more than willing to answer any questions that I had. If I ever have anyone I know looking for a luxury or exotic vehicle I will definitely send them Johns way.

The Upscale Experience with the down home feel

I had made an appointment and drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership for the car of my choice. I arrived and the sales people were very cordial. Ms. Hilda Parker handed me the keys and off my husband and I went for a test drive. Hilda was awesome. She knew all of the details about the vehicle. She was very pleasant. By the way, if you can sing a little, it goes a long way. The whole experience from test drive to purchase with this dealership was nothing like I had experienced before and I've purchased many cars. Five Stars to the staff
