Dealing with Celeste and Josh for a week and a half. Sold my wide body challenger to them and they still haven't paid for it. They Sold the car before it was paid for. All I have received is excuses

Drove up from WPB to look at vehicles online, it was not there and they tried to shove me in a used piece of s%@&. Horrible customer experience seem like a bunch of lying cheating used car guys.

I was referred by a friend to visit and experience the small town family way of buying a vehicle. That was the last thing this experience was I was greeted by a pushy sales person who was arrogant and said I had to drive my vehicle. Slow down I just want to look, he said I could not do that because they need to make deals or might get fired. I thought I had the wrong dealer my friend recomended. After being talked down to and belittled I left and will never go back to these bullies.

Went to look at new car and told I needed used all used up front. Lots of yelling and sales guy says if I don't follow he gets yelled at and maybe writen up for not listening. Bad place and not professional at all.

I purchased a Certified used 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and only four months later the vehicle does not start. Buying a certified used vehicle, I thought I was getting a safe and reliable vehicle for work and my family but now I can't go anywhere without feeling like I'm going to be left stranded with a vehicle that won't start. After only four months this car is already costing me more money to fix from the dealership than I already paid for it ... Not a good look if you ask me

I had a great experience at the Oil Change service desk. The representative that helped me was knowledgeable and helped me through keeping my car up to date.

Everything was top rate, and our service advisor, Cassie, was fantastic. Very pleasant experience. The only thing I would critique is that this survey is a pain to complete.
