My salesperson- Ramon was definitely seasoned. I felt no pressure during my purchase experience. I called ahead, let him know what vehicles I was interested in, I showed up, he had those same vehicles ready for me to test drive in the order I wanted to drive them.

My wife and I were in the area just shopping around so I decided to look at trucks in the area. I found a great looking truck so decided to come in and take a look at it. After taking it for a test drive, we sat down to take a look at numbers. I am absolutely disgusted with the nonnegotiable fees that they add to the price. $3,200 for a wash and detail? (Shadow and NW protection) Seriously?! Nonnegotiable! What?! $18,000 truck went to over $23,000 in fees that are nonnegotiable. Save your money and go elsewhere. Not even worth the time. STEER CLEAR!

Sales convinced me to buy Jeep with non working Radio (My bad) that was to be fixed next day and after numerous calls after sale, I got a service appointment a month later only to learn that they will not fix it and I should work with Cartoys like company to get it fixed. So annoying, I could have fixed it a month ago if thats what they wanted me to wait for.

I highly recommend avoiding this dealership based on my personal experience and opinion of the service department. From excess costs to one-way communication with inability to maintain repair completion date.

I made an appointment for oil change and service. I showed up early and they told me the guy I was scheduled with was off and I had to wait up to 2 hours to be seen. Not to mention the guy that informed me of all this was totally unbothered of this inconvenience. I understand people have bad days. But please be courteous thats free!! What was the point of the appointment??
