I bought my Buick Encore at Tim Short Mitsubishi and decided to have it serviced there as well. Devin Wolfe the service advisor let me know I had a front rotor going bad and worked with me to find an appointment that worked with my work schedule. I mentioned I had been going through a lot trying to get my real tags on my car and was quickly approaching my second extension. Not only did they help me get my new tags the very same day, Devin went above and beyond to also give me a discount on the service of my vehicle! The staff here have been very accommodating and courteous

I Elizabeth Gilliam purchased a 2017 Kia Soul and an
I Elizabeth Gilliam purchased a 2017 Kia Soul and an extended warranty from this business, and brought my vehicle to them for scheduled maintenance. A week ago I paid for a diagnostic test at the Kia place this business instructed me to, and had to pay for that. The findings were that the engine was consuming excessive oil, or oil was being placed in the wrong area. A few days later, while driving, my vehicle starts driving funny, I pull over, have vehicle towed back to Kia, call selling dealership to inform them. I start warranty claim, Tim Short Mitsubishi just on the 16th of December sent over necessary paperwork to warranty company. The process is at a stand still because in order for Kia to do any repairs, they need to do a combustion cleaning that is $1000, and that is not covered in the extended warranty unless repairs are being done. Technically if Tim Short Mitsubishi was servicing the vehicle and doing the maintenance oil changes, they should rightfully cover the cleaning in order for me to be on the road to having my vehicle fixed, instead of saying it's out of their hands after they were the only ones doing maintenance on my vehicle. This has been a troublesome process with this business. At this point I want to inform people of how this company does business and let people know that the company they're pushing for an extended warranty is very low class, and not worth it. At this point the only resolution is for Tim Short Mitsubishi to cover any necessary testing in order for my vehicle to be repaired, instead of trying to get around it.

It was a little confusing when I first arrived at the
It was a little confusing when I first arrived at the dealership. We were greeted by a young man, but he did not introduce himself, He asked who I was and I told him. He said oh you're a little early. I was, he said that's great. I will go get your car. He left came back with the car.I thought he was just helping out the salesperson. Then I asked him where is Laura, that is who I spoke to on the phone. He said oh did you want to meet her she's in the internet department, She doesn't work out here. I said well who are you? He explained that he was the salesperson. This was the only minor criticism I have during my visit. Je did not introduce himself and explain he was there to help me. His name is Tyrese. He was very kind, polite, knowledgeable, very friendly and not pushy at all. I really liked him and appreciated his assistance. The beginning of this survey asked me about somebody named Juan, I have absolutely no idea who that was! I worked with Tyrese and Mike that's it. I am extremely pleased with the way I was treated and with the vehicle that I purchased. I would be happy to recommend the dealership and especially Tyrese. It has been years since I purchased a vehicle and I was quite apprehensive. They were kind and polite,put me at ease. It was worth the hour and a half drive into Clarksville from Bowling Green.
