Outstanding to deal with. I bought an outlander for my daughter it had a dent on it and the manager said don’t worry about he would get it pulled out for no cost. Just bring it back when I could. Easy 5 star

The service department is amazing and I mean amazing. I had new more aggressive tires put on my new vehicle a few days after purchase and the service department made me feel like I was with family. Tonya and her staff were incredible at making us feel at home, updated on vehicle and comfortable. Tonya even offered for us to use her personal vehicle because there we no loners available. The parts department staff was amazing too, they genuinely tried to help us and make us feel comfortable. We were offered snacks and drinks multiple times. Simply amazing. I have had many cars serviced over the years, and the service and parts staff at Tim Short Mitsubishi has been the best I've ever had!!! Thank you!!!

Tanja is a rock star! She's always on top of everything, grabbing work orders, checking on statuses and filling in for the cashier when she's away from her desk. She's a great listener and is very transparent about what to expect so there are no surprises!

Test drove a truck and told them that we would be right back with our trade in that we wanted to purchase it. In the 45 minutes that we took to get back, he called his neighbor to put a deposit on the truck. We will not be back and this is no way to do business!
