I just bought my Nissan Rogue yesterday in Monroeville....

I just bought my Nissan Rogue yesterday in Monroeville. Hosea Brassell is professional and proficient at what he does. Not only did he make the entire process run smoothly but he also gave me the comfort in knowing I was in a trustworthy environment. I will be going back to Hosea when the time comes for me to purchase another vehicle. I highly recommend cochran especially for first time car buyers.

Excellent experience

Rob Smola Rocks!

This is the third time I have leased a Rogue with Rob Smola at Cochran Nissan Monroeville. I could not be more pleased with the level of service I have received from him over the years! He goes out of his way to make the entire buying/leasing process quick and painless. I was just looking around,no intentions of buying

Lou Douglas did a great job, he was very patient, and explained anything we wanted to know, and I ended up leasing a Rogue Sport because of the good experience we had with him, my family was impressed with the deal. He was very nice and also helped guide us to a lower insurance price.

Can't get my car fixed, then can't get anyone to answer...

Can't get my car fixed, then can't get anyone to answer phone in over 20 minutes at service. Hope they're training cause nobody answers phone, so I'm stuck with a car that won't start cause problem I took it in for 2 weeks ago is now worse. Just a back handed way to stick a customer with another deductible payment from the service contract program. Bet anyone 100 bucks they will "find" another issue that wasn't there last time.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. In regards to the communication, we understand that the Corporate Service and Parts Operations Manager, Matt Gerlach, gave you his direct extension. The service team informed us that you came in due to issues starting your vehicle a few weeks ago and that they replaced the key battery. They waived the diagnostic fee and only charged for the battery. If we can provide any clarification, please reach out via feedback@cochran.com.

Excellent New Vehicle Experience

This is my 3rd lease with Nissan in Monroeville. Ryan took exceptional care of me as always. Done in under 3 hours. My family has bought their Nissans from this dealership too. They make it easy and are caring and honest. Love the new Rogue! Just make sure that if you are searching inventory online that you double check with the dealership for the vehicle color because the website didn't list several colors correctly along with incorrect photos. Know what you want and contact the dealership to confirm.

Stan made this process seamless even during this busy holiday time. I had the keys to my new car in hand by the third business day.
