We were in the process of trying to figure out what kind of vehicle we wanted to buy and had a whole lot of wants/needs...enough to drive a salesperson over the edge...and Doug Feld made us feel like we were not as high maintenance as we knew we were! The man is a saint! He listened to what we were looking for, showed us what was available, not only at their location, but at all other location within the Koonz automotive group, sent us links to vehicles they had in the system and could get to us if necessary, and stayed in contact with us about new vehicles added to their dealerships that met our criteria without overdoing it, unlike other sales people in the business which turned us off completely to their dealerships. He established trust, a relationship and displayed the upmost professionalism. If anyone out there is looking for a car of any kind, Doug Feld is the person you want to have working for you!

The Sales Rep I had during my purchase was Justen Thompson, and I cannot stress enough how great of an experience it was working with him. My wife and I were at the dealership from 10:00am till about close to 3pm. The time was filled with alot of back and forths, questions, and negotiations. The entire time Justen was respectful and engaging, He answered every question we had even if it meant gettign up to go speak with the owner and not a single time was he annoyed with us even as we were playing hardball. Its a guarantee that Justen made our truck buying process a memorable one as he brought a TON of personality to the table which is a first in my experience and will stick with me for many years.
