Buying a car can is not always a pleasant experience, but this was a pleasant exception! Our sales associate, Kennedy, was helpful and was excellent with communication and follow-up. We highly recommend Autobahn and Kennedy!

Poor understanding of the vehicle. Misleading advertising. Inconsistent explanation of financing. sloppy execution when transferring deed and coordinating with insurance.

My initial experience was fine, up until the point I decided to purchase the car and agreed on a price. When signing the Bill of Sale, I noticed a sneaky $995 charge for a service we never agreed to nor was it ever mentioned, which I had to ask them to remove. The second issue occurred when I picked up the car and found it had low oil. No one had checked it, and they directed me to a nearby Porsche dealership to get the oil topped off, which was closed. Consequently, I had to drive home with low oil. With that said, the car was fairly priced and we love it, but I was not impressed with the overall experience. Not a good vibe when spending that kind of money.

I had a good experience with Autobahn. I was looking for this exact BMW and couldn’t find it anywhere. They had a fair price and solid customer service.

Nearly two months of trying to get answers on a vehicle so I could buy it and they strung me along until selling it out from under me at the last minute. It took 4 separate messages to finally talk to a seemingly real person and not get AI/robo replies of "Yes this vehicle is still available!" after I asked several specific questions and for pictures of certain things. Finally got through to a manager who said they'd have someone get in touch. Still took multiple messages to get some of my questions answered, while others were ignored. Asked about purchase details, etc. Asked about how or when to call to try to get things nailed down and was given a number. Tried calling multiple times over several days and only got voicemail. Finally emailed again and then was told the car was sold in the store that day. Two months of wasted effort and time, extremely unprofessional and an experience I never want to repeat.
