Everyone that I encountered was experienced, knowledgeable, informative, kind and respectful to me. They answered all my questions and concerns. Even though I know I did not buy the 1st time I came for test drive. I hope that Trey, Basim, Raphael and Financial gentleman,

Good as far as courtesy except I wanted to drive the car

Good as far as courtesy except I wanted to drive the car on the highway & was told I couldn't. So now I notice it's noisy inside the cabin and feel the rough & bumpy. Can you add a sound barrier to the car? If I open my door all the way I can't reach door to close it. I sent an email to Sokoloff & Basem about my issues but they haven't replied yet. Right now I wish I had kept my car. Can I get my car back????

Awful!

Awful! Provided a quote in writing, when we got to the dealership they completely lied and switched the price and then tried to make it my problem. Awful- NEVER ever use this place! After looking around, so many people have had issues here so def stay away!!

The price I was shown online at their website was

The price I was shown online at their website was $14,985, but when I drove there, it was magically $16,785 and the only reason was the GM decided to raise all pricing. They made me purchase plastic floor mats that do not fit my vehicle for $599. I said I didn't want the mats, but they said it is part of the package and I had to get them. They claim they don't make money on the cars themselves since they sell them at such a low price, but make their money when the customer finances... then they try to get you with a bank that charges the highest interest rates. I certainly do not recommend this dealership. They must be giving themselves the high google ratings.
