My grandson and I bought a new car there last October and I,the grandfather was the cosigner.They put us through a credit union in Hampton,Va.They then tagged the car.He has made every payment on time but went to tag the vehicle again and somehow I ,the grandfather am not the cosigner but the owner.I am not able to tag a vehicle and he doesn't have the credit to be a cosigner.You can't get a person to talk to at the credit union ,only a machine and I am not sure how this got switched around but I can get no help at this dealership and no one there except the receptionist answers their phone and was lied to about this.No one calls back so not sure you want to deal with this company.They keep telling me ,it is Hampton's problem but no one and I am not sure which one messed up is helping rectify the situation.Honesty has been a joke here.

worst car buying experience high pressure said would clean car and didnt was told would fill with gas did not do that also was unhappy with car so traded car at another dealer lost money on trade because overpaid for it first time tried to cancel service contract on car gave me the run around then when got them all needed paperwork it came up missing said i never gave it to them had to do it myself not going thru dealer would not tell anyone to buy from them ever will tell everyone i know to tell everyone never buy there also

Buyer Beware! Purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue here in April. The vehicle was in an accident and totaled in June. At that time I found additional products had been added onto our loan that I was unaware of and missed while signing the paperwork. I've been trying to get these items refunded but can never get a call back from Jason or Tony. I call multiple times always getting a different story and these "extras" have to be refunded to pay off loan as insurance will not cover that portion. I was also given inaccurate information during the buying experience regarding financing. I've had a very bad experience with this dealer and if you choose to purchase here I would definitely watch your credit report and for all of the extras they are charging on your loan.
