DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!! 🚨 This dealership will sell you a Lemon!!! I purchased a used 2019 kia sportage with only 4,000 miles the car looked okay I needed something reliable and I trusted this dealership to sell me just that but after a month of having it it became evident that the car was having problems..after taking it to the service department the car needed new brakes and routers and new tires!!! 7 months later it needed a whole new engine!!!!! Why are they selling cars that are not reliable and willl break down months later! Then they will act like it’s not their problem please don’t come here!! They will scam you!

Please do not use this dealership!! I leased a Toyota on 7/12 and on that day, I asked if I had to return my Mini Cooper to my original dealership but they stated that it is a simple process which involves them doing a payout instead of me. I did wait much longer than I anticipated to sign documents with the finance manager as they told me how they were working on the payout for the Mini Cooper on that day which led me to believe they were taking care of that/making sure this was possible before signing the lease. However, on 7/16 I received an email from Mini Cooper stating that my lease has ended (7/15) and I did not return the car or submit a payoff. I called Mini Cooper to explain what I was told and they shared that they do not accept third party payments and that I am responsible for directly paying them. I called Toyota with this information and first, no one from finance would answer. After I finally got a hold of someone, I was told that it will be taken care of and nothing has to be done on my end. So far, they have promised they will connect with me by a certain timeframe but has not gotten back to me five times at this point (ex: “I promise you that we are doing what needs to be done and I will call you tomorrow at 10:30” - ends up not calling me) I then got a third credit inquiry on the 18th, 4 business days after the day I signed my lease. I already had two credit inquiries by Toyota on the 12th but was unaware and confused on why there is a third inquiry that would impact my credit. This question also remains unanswered. The last update I received was everything will be taken care of by the 18th. Now, my calls go unreturned/unanswered and my messages are left read but unanswered. In short… They will NOT take care of you - buyer beware!

On December 17th, 2023, I purchased a 2014 Toyota 4Runner
On December 17th, 2023, I purchased a 2014 Toyota 4Runner from Jesus Martinez for my daughter's 16th birthday. Trusting in the reputation of a certified Toyota dealership I flew from Sacramento to Ontario, for this purpose and drove the vehicle home. During my 500 mile drive home, it became evident that the vehicle had major mechanical issues. There was a noise emanating from the vehicle that rapidly escalated, and ONE MONTH LATER resulted in a COMPLETE TRANSMISSION FAILURE, with LESS THEN 1500 MILES FROM PURCHASE!!!! The vehicle was immediately towed to a professional mechanic, who informed me that the damage was indicative of long-term neglect and abuse. Such conditions, they assured me, would have been completely evident to any qualified mechanic - particularly a Toyota specialist at a Toyota dealership. My 16 year old daughter saved all her life-guarding money for this purchase, and we paid cash for this vehicle! BIG MISTAKE! I have texted, emailed, and called MULTIPLE times since January! In desperation for response, I sent out an email blast to everyone at that location, and finally Jesus responded that someone will be getting in touch with me. NOPE, still ZERO RESPONSE or RESOLUTION to this matter! This transmission replacement cost me $5000 that I could not afford! Promises made regarding an additional key for the vehicle have also been ignored! Jesus Martinez was wonderful up until the sale, and has now shown negligence and complete disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.

Hector and Fernando from the Internet sales department were great. I worked with them over two months while waiting for my new Tacoma to be delivered. They were straight with me and played no games. They even came in on their day off to deliver my truck to me because I was the only day available to me. I highly recommend them and Envision Toyota.

I fell victim to this HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. NEVER EVER GO HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD DEAL AND GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE PEOPLE HERE ARE NEVER TRANSPARENT. MARK UP IS SO HORRIBLE. They will never meet you halfway as what was promised. They will never EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO YOU. LEAVE THIS DEALER AT ALL COST.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their website says “Don’t pay over MSRP.” Internet manager, Jesus Martinez, agrees to sell me a new 4Runner at MSRP. I spend hours back and forth with him and when I finally tell him to email me the contract (I agreed to pay online but he wants me to drive 50 miles to come in person), he says that his “manager” told him the “out the door” price was $8000 (15%) more than the previously agreed upon MSRP, and they were going to “add” even more aftermarket accessories to up the price even more. I know he was hoping to pull this bait-and-switch in person, but couldn’t because I knew the car I was buying. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! They are scammers.

SHADY SALES DEPARTMENT
Drove 2 1/2 hrs to an alleged “done deal “. Since this was to be a cash sale ; they informed me that the vehicle was sold, once I showed up… ALL this because I refused to go through their finance department. SHADY SALES TACTIC!!! Any Veterans or Patriots take your Business Elsewhere!!!

I purchased a CERTIFIED Used 2018 Camry hyrid on October
I purchased a CERTIFIED Used 2018 Camry hyrid on October 2022. 1 year and 1 month ago. 1.When I drove the car home they called me a week later to take the car in because they did not have a smog check (that should have been my warning). 2. In Nov 2022 I took my car to the car wash my truck gets all wet, all the packaging for my truck was worn and ripped, i went to the dealer to have it replaced. 3.In Jan 2023 my credit union sends me a letter my vehicle has not been processed with the DMV yet, again spoke with the dealer, it finally gets processed and submitted. 4. Sep 2023 my battery is no good. That is wear and tear, not if I just bought the vechicle. 5. Nov 2023 Check engine; Grill shutter malfunction I honestly do not think this dealer is though with their paper work or records. They just make sure the cars look nice. Don't go. From my experience I have purchased 2 used CERTIFIED toyotas from Puente Hills Industry, no problem. Save your time and money.
