By far, one of the best selections of used vehicles in

By far, one of the best selections of used vehicles in the area. Haus of Imports is the only place I will go to from now on. From the sales department to the finance department, they truly have your best interest in mind. No high pressure and will go above and beyond to help you get the vehicle you are looking for

First they never got back with me.

First they never got back with me. I finally had to call about the car they had on the internet, they were very arrogant and said well that’s the first I’ve seen your 3 messages to us, funny as I got a delivery noticed that they had gotten my messages. 4 days prior. How do you sell cars on the net when you ignore inquiries!

I have bought a vehicle here and I have had a very bad

I have bought a vehicle here and I have had a very bad experience since they gave me a temporary license plate permit which was for five days and currently the permit and plates that were eventually going to arrive in five days have expired for more than a week. They don't arrive. I contacted the seller and he told me that he didn't know to contact the license plate department. I contacted the license plate department. They told me that it will arrive the other day and they still haven't received anything. What kind of Diler? This is what I am doing now is filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and a complaint with the Secretary of State for the bad practice they are doing.

Love my mini coupe.

Love my mini coupe. Haus of imports not so much. Beware if buying out of state and having delivered. Things wrong with car that were not disclosed to me. Engine light came on first time it was driven. Mirror fell off. Missing lens cover for turn signal. Also was to receive a ride it flat box. Did not, so have no spare. It's been over a month and still no registration. Can't get it inspected without registration. Customer service. Only until they get the money. No call letting me know there was an issue with the title. No response to texts or emails. No courtesy calls to let me know what is going on. Beware if buying out of state.

It was terrible they all lie and tell they can help you

It was terrible they all lie and tell they can help you with challenged credit. I wanted a 29,000 dollar car very inexpensive they wanted 10,000 down.

An email requesting an appointment never answered, a telephone message left after no response to the email also unanswered. Very poor customer service in greeting a potential customer. Michael did well in greeting me and advising me on the car that I thought that I might be interested in. Dealership is in a most out-of-the way.

Please understand that we're closed on Sunday and we were closed on this Monday as well due to a national holiday ( The New Year), which is why there was no response during that time. My unanswered email was from Friday, January 5th, 2024......my unanswered telephone message was from Saturday, January 6th, 2024!!! Both dates were neither on a Sunday when you would have been closed or on the Monday that was our national holiday (The New Year) when you would have also been closed. The statement that Michael has been actively supporting me.........I appreciate the approximately 15 minutes that he spent with me from introducing himself, showing me two cars and then walking me to my car. If that is what Haus of Imports believes is active support......those 15 minutes certainly does not constitute "consistently provided excellent assistance throughout the entire process".

Those 15 minutes spent at the Haus of Imports on Monday 1/8/24 was the extent of my entire process at your dealership!!!!! And, given your response to my review, I am certainly confident that my decision to never return to Haus of Imports is a wise decision.
