Sales rep Chris Romero was very professional and trustworthy. He went out of his way to help out, and responsive all hours. Overall dealership was orderly and efficient. Nothing shady, and sales not pushy but within reasonable level.

The sales rep was great to work with but I didn’t care for the high pressure closing effort which was done by another individual once we started the discussion on price

I have attempted to contact this dealership multiple times and ask for the Sales Manager each time. I am told the manager is not available and I receive a call back from the salesman, Aladdin. I expressed my concerns with Aladdin the vehicle issues during the buying process. I was told that I would receive a 4,000 mile / 4 month warranty. I also purchased the $7,500 extended warranty. I have yet to receive any information regarding the warranty I purchased nor the 4k/4 month warranty. I was also never contacted after my purchase to check in on the vehicles performance. I am having transmission in addition to technology issues. AVOID BOMNIN CHEVROLET MANASSAS!
