Extremely pleased with service and attention to detail when ordering my C8. It arrived much sooner than expected. Salesman Sharok ensured I was happy with every step of the process.

The price you see is not the price you pay.
“The price you see is the price you pay. NOT A PENNY MORE”. In this market, searching for a new car is extremely difficult. With the supply chain issues and manufacturers struggling to push product out the door into the hands of the dealers, stock is low. Unfortunately, given the low supply, dealers have taken advantage of consumers and are charging a premium on available vehicles; Bomnin Chevrolet is no exception. Despite warnings issued by General Motors to dealers to sell new stock at the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) or risk future access to inventory, Bomnin is luring costumers into the showroom with falsely advertised pricing. Only after the initial phone call to confirm availability and specifics of the vehicle and scheduling an appointment, after the test drive, after sitting down to finalize the deal, do you realize that Bomnin is adding an arbitrary $10,000.00 to the advertised asking price. Unethical and shady business practices such as this are far too common in the car sales industry, and Bomnin Chevrolet in Manassas, VA is just another example of it. There is no guarantee that the market and value of the vehicle purchased today will hold steady with the market 2 years from now where that 20% down in equity to secure the loan is washed away by that arbitrary $10,000.00 price hike, to line the pockets of Bomnin leadership, and the owner is left upside down in a loan. The last 2 years of a global pandemic have been hard enough on everyone is this world, but leave it to Bomnin to throw a little salt in the wound. I hope GM is paying attention to dealers across the country gouging consumers, and the proper ramifications of their actions is implemented through withholding access to future inventory. I suggest buyers steer clear of Bomnin. Out of kindness, I have refrained from identifying the sales representative that worked with me during my attempt to procure a new Chevrolet.

The thing that lost the star was the original manger who came out and was incredibly rude about not taking my time to decide on buying a 73K Tahoe. Ask Charme his name please. I loved working with Charme but had the exact Tahoe been available elsewhere I would have walked with my money that second. Again, Charme was wonderful. Manager was brown hair mid 30’s. Even my 7 year old daughter asked me why he spoke to me like that. After I got up and started to walk out he began apologize with a dramatically sarcastic tone. This interaction would have had me buying taking my money and business to another dealership if Charme hadn’t settled the situation. I oversee 14 restaurants and own 2 and if one of my managers talked to any of our customers or employees the way that man do I would fire them on the spot. Maybe upper management can teach him to watch his sharp tongue and keep a close eye on him.
