Waited long time just for a oil change
Over 3 week to schedule an appointment just for oil change. At the beginner I understood since it was the week of July4th. Understood employees were on vacation. Every time I called, customer service representative will tell me to bring a car but he couldn’t give me a “time”. So on Friday, I took a day of from work. I arrive to the service department around 715am. He said it will be couple hours. Around 10am, I went to the desk and I asked how long more I will have to wait. He said maybe around 1pm will be really. I was this place for over 3 hours for this. I decided to take a Uber home. And come back later on. In a future, I will drive to Chantilly or Warrenton to get my oil change.

I set up an appointment and when I got to Bomnin they had the car I wanted to test drive waiting for me. Everyone we talked was very nice and were willing to work with us.

Overall pleased
I went in with TrueCar numbers. They had a fee that was not included on TrueCar, which they took off, but changed the price back to the original price. Total was still lower than before so I was okay with it. Victor G. was very pleasant, but gave the impression of being relatively new. This was the first dealership where I had to ask repeatedly for water during a heatwave and no one offered me a business card. However, Victor helped me unload my rental into the new car which I really appreciated. I hadn’t planned on spending nearly three hours there since I already had my car chosen, but everyone was very nice and worked to make the sale go through. I wouldn’t say it was a memorable visit, but I could definitely recommend this dealership if someone is looking for a car.

Right when we got there, our salesman was very friendly and honest. He showed us the vehicle right away so we did not have to do any guessing, we could see for ourselves. Everyone was very friendly and laid out all of the options that I had to choose from. When I came to pick up the vehicle, it was clean and ready to go. Overall the complications of buying a car were made very easy by the staff, and we very much appreciated all of it.

Very pleased
I really needed to get this whining noise checked out as I needed to get to Newport News to see my brother who is dying of cancer. I called in after being turned away by two other mechanics and I received professional customer service and they gave me peace of mind that they would assist me. The other two mechanics stated it doesn’t have an engine light they couldn’t do the work. Needless to say the service team at Bomnin came to my rescue. They even gave me a loaner. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you guys so much. The mechanic there is a real mechanic and not one who can only do the work if engine light is on and the reading tells them what is wrong.
