I scheduled my service for my 2021 Ram 2500 and as usual was able to get a suitable appointment to fit my schedule. I arrived early, and my vehicle was taken back to the service department shortly before my appointment time. The service was performed in a satisfactory and timely manner and I was on about the rest of my day.
