Beginning of Summer with no air in car!

June 5, 2019 my 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 AC went out. I contacted Corey the service manager with my problem and was told to bring my truck in June 9. When I arrived at the dealership we were greeted at our vehicle like family. Did not have to wait to be put in a rental since it would take a day to complete the work. The work was completed on time, and the quote that was given to me was right on. The whole service department goes out of their way to please their customers and I will definitely be returning to this dealership in the future. Corey Hulin and his service department staff has it together and you can be assured that you vehicle is in good hands and your work will be completed on time, with excellent work. Crooks and liars!

Went to bring my jeep in for warranty, to have the front axle seal change because it was leaking again. Dropped my jeep off monday, called Wednesday to check see if my jeep has been looked at. I was advised by Corey stupid service manger that he could look at it for 8 days.... I called over dealers to see who could get it in sooner. I called All star could get it in next day. Well I was contacted by all start, to tell me my jeep warranty had been restricted..... She wasnt sure told me to contact jeep, I called jeep they informed me that Rainbow in Amite had flagged my jeep as flooded and water damaged. All lies my jeep has never been in water, I had to send oil samples to a lab to prove that it havnt been in water. Still fighting jeep over the warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP STAY AWAY!!!

Dishonest and it seems inexperienced help

Work done on truck,then upon leaving other damages occurs not related to previous ones that they performed and keep in mind truck had GPS tracker on it service says upon returning with wreckered mudd was caked under truck GPS shows no way possible this truck has never left a black top road and speed fluxuated time and date then stopped this was when truck broke down and I was on the phone with there service department so why lie when I make slicing for my family with this vehicle they have now had a week and a half having no idea why not just fix truck for us we don't deserve that when we paid 1000 the first time no telling how much the next time will cost and 395 for wrecker to return it then how can you lie to a GPS tracker camera in truck it's real-time images clearly states. Rainbow service will tell there customers a lie to cover there inexperience errors that they clearly make and past the cost on to there customers. Now u choose I don't recommend rainbow dodge anymore this review was wrote on behalf of the amite la.rainbow Dodge service department only by interstate truck center a supposed to be a valued customer but unfortunately we will leave there never to return unsatisfied so let's go bc e you guys a chance to make this right
