Sold used car online miss represented the condition of

Sold used car online miss represented the condition of the car. Also stated that the car was mechanically sound only to find that it required 10k worth of work to the drive train and steering components. Dealer is rude and hateful now that the sale has been made.

Excellent customer service and product.

Excellent customer service and product. Purchased vehicle in late late July 2023. Shawn was the salesman I worked with. From use of their online website to the final drive away, everything went very well. I felt they bent over backwards to satisfy me and make sure all was good with the whole transaction. The vehicle was everything they advertised and now two months post-purchase vehicle is still all that I had had hoped for with no problems detected. I highly recommend the dealership to others.

CRAZY impressed with how these guys showed up for us!

CRAZY impressed with how these guys showed up for us! Got us just what we needed and all of what we wanted and more. Kyle, the owner, met us in the lot, was impressively knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted, read the room, and got us just what we wanted. We got the opportunity to talk with Will, one of the technicians. Also, very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. We had some questions about some things one of the cars was doing and he took it for a drive to check it out. When he got back, he explained what was going on, in non technician language. The purchasing process was very smooth and simple. Everyone was very courteous, helpful, and not salesy. They were very attentive to us as cussales. SO very appreciative of, and grateful for their help. Highly recommend Stark on the Beltline.

The xxxxtiest dealership!

The xxxxtiest dealership!! Don’t waste your time- bought new car June 13 and I’m having tons of issues. It makes a grinding noise when I brake, I brought it back to them 4 TIMES and they couldn’t figure it out and told me to “turn the music up so I wouldn’t hear it” and then I had to get that fixed on my own, the rear bumper was falling off and they told me I had to fix it! They told me it was in a MINOR accident when the whole passenger side was repainted with no clear coat and the front part was replaced, and not to mention- the Craigslist ad said ACCIDENT FREE, my car doesn’t start up when I initially try, so I have to cycle my key to start up my car or it won’t start I’m 21 years old and when I went to look at the car by myself, I feel like they took complete advantage of me because they knew I wouldn’t know to look at those things- I just cared if it drove ok. At the time, I should’ve known to not get it because even when I test drove it, they told me a ball joint needed to be replaced (they replaced it) but since then, its caused other issues. My 2009 Impala was beyond better than this piece of xxxx 2014 Camry- I am NOT happy!!

Terrible new owners!

Terrible new owners! 1st day in business they sold me a Ford F-150 that they cleared the check engine code for cam shaft sensor. Promised me 3-4 times they will pay for entire repair. Now they want MY warranty - that I paid extra for- to pay for it. Also, Kyle (owner) had me forge my husband's signature IN FRONT OF HIM, since we live in Arizona and my husband wasn't with me. Car dealerships are on every corner. You have a better chance somewhere else.

I bought a Toyota FJ Cruiser from Heath in sales at Starke. The guys at Stark were very nice and very accommodating to my requests. The guys in the maintenance shop were very helpful on the details of the maintenance records of the FJ and Heath put together a fair deal for me. I would return to them if I need another vehicle and I would recommend them to others. Thanks
