Grissom is over the top on how they treat costumers and are 2nd to none! Wonderful experience and I can’t wait to buy another vehicle from them in the future. I have been very satisfied with the customer service, especially from Mr. Telmon Nix. I've bought two cars from him, and Telmon was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and he could expain everything about the vehicle. He made several demonstrations. I was most pleased with his customer service skills. He aims to help the customer get the best deal. He sold me a Chrysler 300 two years ago, and just yesterday, I bought a Durango. Salesman, Telmon Nix assisted me in leasing my very first car on 6/10/2020. Telmon was very helpful throughout the entire process. Since it was my first time going through this, he went the extra mile to explain things in detail, and made sure I understood before moving on. He really helped me with the pros and cons of buying and leasing because I went in wanting to buy but for me, it was a better option to lease. Not only did Telmon show great customer service and positive communication, but the other employees did as well when Telmon gave me a tour of the dealership.
