I went in, definately, not to buy a car that day. I never buy on a 1st visit. I was uncomfortable (as usual) at 1st, but became very comfortable, very fast. With every detail given, I found no reason NOT to buy the Prius. jaime gonzalez went from detail to detail about the car, extras, financing. He sell me, I was sold. I recently graduated from college and wanted a new Toyota Venza. However, I didn't know much about the car. The salesman Pablo, was very helpful in giving me every detail that I needed to know about the Venza, he was very enthusatic about his job and had well rounded knowledge about the car. Unlike previous experiences, Pedro the salesperson who was helping me told me that there they honored every ad word by word as described. Well in fact they did. After a process that took less than an hour, I was on paper the owner of my first new car which we scheduled to pick up early the next day. I appreciate very much the way Pedro Segura helped with all the process and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

After my first visit to Toyota, I knew that we would wind up leasing our vehicle from Mr. Jose Gonzalez. Unlike other dealers, he was patient and knowledgeable and presented us with options we thought were out of our price range. I never would have thought that we could afford the vehicle we eventually chose, and even with a great deal, Mr. Gonzalez gave us the "night" to think it over...he wasn't your typical pushy salesman. When we came to pick up our car, he went over every detail thoroughly, no question was too small. His professionalism and experience ensure that we will unequivocally recommend him to all of our friends and family.

The Rav was the car I initially wanted, but didn't fit my price range. Westchester Toyota worked with me to give me the best pricing they possibly could so I could have my dream car. My sales associate, William Ventura, was patient, friendly, and very understanding. He knew exactly what I wanted and did everything he could to make my Father and I happy. Ricardo was great with the purchase of our new car. He was there thru the whole process and after, answering my question and concerns, even personally coming down to bronx to get some papers to get sign. Ricardo was a great help. The next car I get, I'm going to him.

WIlliam Ventura was a pleasure to deal with. He showed me that I would be quite happy leasing a slightly lower end model Sienna than I was looking for, which was also within my price range. I did not feel as if he was pushy or inappropriate while he discussed my options. To my surprise, the dealership gave him the freedom to help with the terms of my returning vehicle. I also received future maintenance perks from Mr David Grin, the business manager, which was greatly appreciated. My wife and I are very satisfied with our experience.
