William Ventura provided EXCELLENT customer service to me when I came in to purchase a certified preowned 2009 Toyota Corolla. The process went very smoothly, and he is always willing to answer questions that I had before and after the transaction. I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

I was in a horrific car accident that left my car a total loss; I was struggling to have any dealership willing to work with me even with a down payment but when I thought all hope was lost, I received a call from Monique answering my price quote. She assured me that they could help. I set up my appointment & as advised per Monique, I was welcomed by a sweet receptionist and then greeted w/ a friendly Sales Manager Jorge. We bought our certified used 2008 Toyota Highlander for a bargain. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and really were empathic to our situation after losing our car due to an accident. I was moved by the attention to detail that our salesman Luciano and sales manager John Madera showed and how they went above and beyond to help us get approved and kept us informed at all times. Their customer service was far better than anywhere we have been too. Not to mention, when every other dealer told us they couldn't help, these guys DID! I loved the fact that they were sincere and told us what we could and couldn't get and kept us at our budget. I would Highly recommend Westchester Toyota to anyone. Thanks Guys! We are 12 time repeat Camry Leasees and we have always used Westchester Toyota because of their friendly, professional and non-pressure attitude. We truly appreciate how accomodating all involved were in making this acquisition as seemless as possible,bending over backwards in their efforts for our convenience. Just about everyone we have ever dealt with both past and present, has personified the afformentioned qualities, leaving little else to be desired.
