Jeep Grand Cherokee Purchase

Totally love my new Jeep. Knew i was set on getting this car when we got there. But after getting to talk with the salesman James he was a pretty great guy and had us sold! But altogether the salespeople need to work on greeting people instead of us having to ask for help. Love my Jeep though!!!!

Stress-free purchase experience

My experience with the purchase of my vehicle was excellent, considering the fact that I totaled my previous one. Everyone I dealt with from Derek to James to Garland was absolutely pleasant and willing to assist me. All I can say is Thank You for the wonderful service.

Brian was great to work with

Very easy experience. The vehicle I was interested in had not hit the lot yet and was still in clean up from being traded in. Brian got me the information I wanted on the truck and let me know he would have it ready the following morning for a test drive. He sent me a message the next morning that it was ready so I headed out there. Early on a Saturday morning we took a drive, and I decided it was my truck. After a little negotiation we agreed on numbers concerning my trade and I was on my way! Overall a great experience once I got to the dealer. I will say that emails and phone calls went unanswered on my original inquiries on ththe truck.

Sale of New used truck

The deal went south I got a truck I wanted with almost 500 miles on it. I knew this but after I got it I found that the car had all kinds of use in it Foot prints on the dash and someone had a party in the back seats. I went into finance office and was ignored I told the guy I had to go but he insisted on keeping me in this office I felt like I was robbed Tried to tell them about usage of my truck and it went on dealt ears No conversation was entertained from them I have never been treated like this I promise never to look on that side of the street when I pass by and will let each person from this day forward about this dealership I was robbed

Dealer response

As explained at the time of sale a truck with 488 Miles on it from being used as a "Dealer Demo" is still a brand new truck. The warranty on the truck does not start until you take physical delivery. Meaning if the truck had 500 miles you would receive from Chrysler for no additional cost an extra 500 miles of both your 3 year 36000 mile basic warranty and your 5 year 60000 mile powertrain warranty. The dealership merely helped facilitate a transaction that both parties including yourself wanted to move forward on at the time. Not a single employee that you dealt with at the time of your transaction or afterwards is listed above and it is unfortunate that you feel they deserve to be rated so low based on no interaction with them whatsoever. It is also unfortunate that you are not satisfied with your purchase despite the dealerships willingness to allow for additional discount given the miles and include additional options as extras with no cost to you. We of course would be happy to re clean the truck if it was not cleaned to your satisfaction at the time of delivery and provide an additional tank of gas given the extra trip to the store that would be required to preform the service. Great Place To Buy A Vehicle

Everyone was friendly, polite and professional. Their attention was on my needs. They made it easy for me to pick out the vehicle that best met my needs/wants. They were successful in meeting both both price and product needs for me.
