Great Experience and Deal!!

I had a great Experience at Westgate Dodge Wake Forest. I would recommend asking for Matthew who was the sales consultant I worked with. He cared about what I wanted and was looking for and took the time with me. Derek also was great to work with. He tried his best to provide me the most for my trades and best deal on my new ram truck. Tim who is the sale manger made sure the process went smoothly and also worked with me in getting the most I could for my trades and rebates for my new ram truck. Last Garland Morris made the purchasing and paperwork very easy and quick. Overall I could not ask for a better experience.

Positive no pressure experience

My experience purchasing my 2018 Ram was very positive. I was able to look at a number of trucks at the dealer, test drive, and discuss pricing over a multi-day period. At no point did I feel pressure to commit to a truck that I was not interested in. They worked diligently with me to get the truck that I wanted at the price I felt comfortable with. I would highly recommend Westgate to anyone looking for a new Ram.

Good experience

We had a great experience. The sales and business people were prompt and very helpful with our purchase. Everyone was very polite and full of knowledge about the truck we chose.

Online

Poor Online customer service. It took days for a rep to respond and when someone did respond I was told the other rep know longer worked for them. I repeated my question and once again never received a answer

Courteous and willing to meet our requirements

We got a great deal. Our sales agent Theatric was extremely helpful as we worked thru the process. Although new to sales, he has excellent customer service skills.

No problem solved

Took my car in to be fixed. Two parts are in order, that’s okay, however the rubber on the side of my car is not fixed. My headliner still looks terrible (and it’s a new car) and is coming apart at the seam. The handle is off of my seat so I suppose I’m just supposed to ride around with it like that for a week!! Terrible experience!! The only positive is the cashier was super sweet in the service department and Brian King is always a delight!!

Outstanding Customer Service

I purchased a used Sprinter and the very next day the turbo went bad :(... This company repaired the Sprinter (over $2,000 repair bill) at absolutely no charge.... Amazing... When you purchase a used car "As Is" the minute you drive off the lot it is your responsibility... So I was extremely happy with Derick the sales manager who went above and beyond and had it diagnosed and repaired at no cost... Not only did I get a great price, but outstanding customer service. They definitely earned my business and I will be purchasing more vehicles from them. Grateful to find a dealership that stands behind their product, even when they are not required to do so. Thank you Sean in service for making sure my vehicle was 100% before I picked it up. Can't begin to tell you how grateful I am to have found this dealership.

It the bust dealership I every deal with

The sale guy was very good and honest he was very helpful and he did a wonderful job I would recommend him to another family and that needs vehicle I want deal with nobody else but Dodge
