Westgate dodge has the best people to deal with, my...

Westgate dodge has the best people to deal with, my salesperson ( Jack ) with the best, they stayed open late that night for me to arrive, being that I was traveling from Wilmington, all the people that were there that night were the best people to deal with! They sold me a 2016 dodge charger, I haven't had no problems with it, and I got a good deal on it, I could highly recommen this dealership!! Thanks guys

Taking delivery of new vehicle

Approximately 3 weeks ago, I accepted delivery of car that I ordered to replace a car that had been totaled back in May of this year. To my surprise, from the point of placing the order to the point of taking delivery was only one month. Of course I was thrilled. As I think back to the time of placing the order, my dealer was well prepared and would provide updates as appropriate. During delivery, he had not changed--cool, calm very knowledgeable about the new car. The thing I like most is that the process only took approximately an hour. Yes, I would definitely recommend this dealer--Mike Roberts--and the dealership location. They were awesome!

Awesome service

Had some recalls on my 2017 ram 2500 , and factory defect, on front axle seals , very prompt service, awesome service department crew, had my truck back very quickly

Tommy Graves Jr. Was great Because I had a awesome experienc

Awesome experience and a great deal of honesty from the sales manager Tommy Graves Jr.I think he is a professional and a very caring person to understand what you can afford to send and to meet you with the numbers that was able to accommodate my budget!!!

AC work

My ac had a very small leak. Westgate provided me with a loaner vehicle until they found the problem and fixed it. Morgan and Adam were great to work with.

Warranty work air conditioning

Willie was very friendly and helpful kept us informed of what was going on we were a little disappointed they couldn’t get us in faster seeing we were from out of town and on a trip

Great Service & Fast

When my brand new Ram 1500 failed to engage drive 5 times with less 360 miles on the truck I called Megan King and she scheduled an appointment 2,hours later that same day. The service Dept investigated the problem, found a technical bulletin on the problem, installed the new software and had me on my way in record time.

No complaints fair service decent price fast as possible service parts were available great job on alignment and tire replacement and state inspection no problem recommending friends
