I was looking to purchase a used SUV, and had gone to several dealerships, with no luck and plenty of frustration. But today I struck gold by coming across the dynamic duo, Dionte McFadden (Sales Consultant) and Markell Robinson (Sales Manager). Never in all the years that I've purchased cars have I run across two of the most professional and compassionate individuals at a dealership. I experienced a no pressure encounter, but a willingness to ensure I was a satisfied customer. They both were very knowledgeable and patient with me as I worked through my purchase. If ever you think about purchasing a vehicle I wholeheartedly recommend you visit Lindsay Volvo and ask for Dionte McFadden and Markell Robinson, I promise, you won't be sorry. My wife and I were in the market for an SUV that would meet the needs of our growing family. We had visited 5 dealerships in search of the right vehicle. We narrowed it down to two and the competing dealership gave us a ballpark monthly payment that we were a little uncomfortable with and Volvo responded with a competitive rate while rendering exceptional service. Not only that, my wife had a particular color in mind and though it wasn’t on the lot, Donald found us a loaner vehicle with low mileage that fit exactly what my wife was looking for. Markell made us a deal that we couldn’t turn down and we bought the car the same day. Overall pleasant experience and we love the vehicle!

I was looking for a "like new" used Volvo which met Volvo's CPO, Certified Pre-Owned, criteria. I found the car online and worked with Marrisa throughout the process. In addition to the pictures and description on Lindsay Volvo's website, she provided additional pictures and worked with Markell to answer all of my questions.

It was time to replace our family car after 275,000 miles on our old SUV and we were feeling a little out of place and overwhelmed walking into Lindsay Volvo Alexandria with all the beautiful new technology filled vehicles. But Marrisa Clark gave my husband and myself and our two children such a warm welcome that we were immediately put at ease. Her manner was professional and she was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles but more than that, she was kind and sincere and we felt we could really trust her to help us find the perfect family vehicle (we did not get a pushy salesperson vibe AT ALL). I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Lindsay Volvo after working with them for the last two days. We appreciated how Marrisa easily multitasked and bounced between our questions and teaching us the ins and outs of our new hybrid vehicle and coordinating with the sales and finance departments. Marrisa didn’t sit down very much because she was constantly busy taking care of us! From the moment we walked in, we felt Marrisa was in our corner and she wasn’t going to be happy until our family was taken care of. I am so happy with our new vehicle, but I also feel we became part of the Lindsay Volvo family and will look forward to many years working with their service department and for future family cars as well. I saw a vehicle I was interested in online, but I live over 2 hours away. I inquired about the vehicle and Kelvin Fuentes took my call. In order to help me get a better feel for the car, he went out and shot a video of it from all sides and the interior, even taking the time to show me the scratches in detail. I decided I was interested, so I took the train up to the dealership. Kelvin met me at the station with the car I was interested in and let me drive back to the dealership. The car was exactly as Kelvin described, so I purchased it. Carlos from finance did the paperwork and he was really helpful too. I was using an out of town credit union to finance my purchase and Carlos made sure everything was taken care of. Next time I need a car, I'm calling Kelvin and getting back on the train.

I searched the internet and found a Volvo V60 Cross Country listed at Lindsay Volvo Cars of Alexandria. Kelvin Fuentes responded to my request for information. He also sent me a video of the car I was interested in so I could see the outside and inside of the car before test driving. It took a bit on my part - having to cancel an appointment at last minute. Kelvin was very respectful and scheduled another appointment. I met with Kelvin - we talked briefly about my interest in volvos - this is actually my 4th one so I was familiar with the safety features of a volvo. Kelvin had me test drive the car that morning and I told him afterwards that I was pretty sure this was one. I took it home with me and had my mechanic of 23 years take a look at it - everything checked out fine. I came in the next day to purchase the car. Kelvin always kept me informed via email and telephone. It was a great experience for me.- the staff was extremely friendly - great service.

We had a great experience with Dionte, he was easy to work with and never made you feel pressured to buy. He was very knowledgeable of all the features in the car we were looking at. He was able to get us the car we wanted with no issues. The whole experience was great!

I purchased a Pre-owned Volvo S60 at Lindsay in what was probably the best car-buying experience of my life. Mr. Gus Deeb was the most sincere and most pleasant sales rep I have encountered. He did not pressure me, respected the demands on my time during the process (work; family; commuting...) and followed up with calls and emails as promised. The staff in the showroom were relaxed and attentive. Similarly, because there was one small body ding to be repaired as a condition of the sale, the service reps were efficient and accommodating. Gus had a loaner ready for me to use, and the service desk was fully informed and had the car ready to go.
