Not a good experience. Called to get a quote. 475 and two and a half hours turned into double the price and 5 hours. Everything a key, programming etc were higher than discussed. Fell like I was taken. Sad because they were close. I guess you have to have bought the car there. Treated badly. Very expensive

SERVICE- Scheduling was flexible. The advisor communicated with me and an expensive repair was avoided. I appreciate their honesty and timely completion of the work.

I had to bring my car in twice, once at the end of November and once on December 16. I was helped both times by Jennifer and she was great both times. She was very respectful and kind and explained the situation with my car expertly being the holiday season there's a lot of stress and everyone is very busy but she made me feel important and appreciated. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee to help the people who come come in for service. I would also like to give a shout out to the young man who came to pick us up in a shuttle to run us back to the dealership to get our car. He was such a nice young man, very professional, kind and funny. He made the drive fun and enjoyable. Keep up the good work Sunset Kia! 😊

I wasn't too sold on the free oil changes when I bought my 2016 Sedona SX but now that I've brought it in a couple of times and it's also been washed and vacuumed it' is such a big bonus - excellent customer service ftom the parts an service department!

Friendly and great people. They listen to us and they fixed our windshield like brand new 3 days after the purchase for free. We are glad we signed up for the Warranty. I would recommend Kia in Auburn to anyone. We will be back for another purchase
