I took my car in for a diag last Tuesday because my car keeps dying when I go more than a day without driving it the advisor told my it was because of my aftermarket Bluetooth connector I took my Bluetooth out and the very next day my car was dead and I was stranded.

I had major service done here on my Outlander Sport. I felt I received the best care possible in a timely manner at the quoted price. The staff and mechanics are the best. Thanks Sunset!

I have been using the Kia sevice center since I purchased the car. The employees are courteous and professional. The service center is a comfortable place to wait. Every time I bring my car in for service I am approached about other services for my car other than what my appointment was for. It frustrates me as I budget for my car maintenance , and the add ons double my cost for services rendered. I do not look forward to bringing my car in for that reason. It is my suggestion that a list of services due as well as other services that may be needed (ie. tire rotation or alignment, filters, chassis...) be provided for the next anticipated service. This could easily be done with the service invoice provided at the end of the appointment. Such a list would alleviate at least some of the shock of the final cost.

Always helpful and smiling staff. Oil change and car wash great. Coffee, snacks, TV and fireplace what more do you need at 0800. See you in 7,000 miles!
