I traded in my old car on a new Hyundai Velositor. Scott Tanner was very helpful and listened to my needs. He went out of his way to help me find a car in my price range that met my criteria. If you are looking for a new car, I recommend visiting their dealership. They have new and used cars and a pretty good variety of cars and price ranges. Plus a Lifetime warranty comes with their cars too.

I'm giving you a excellent rating you guy's have a great service person Sean and a top notch shop boss they were vary helpful in letting me know what's happening to my car. The other thing I'm very happy about is you washed my car after the service that's a extra 5 star rating in it self. Other dealships would not do that, but a long time ago I a used Hyundai xl 50 and they would wash the car, so thank you.

Oil change. The oil change was fast and efficient. They removed the old oil and replaced it with new oil. Now the engine runs smoother, quieter and has much better acceleration.

Had oil changed and a recall done, great experience all around and everyone was friendly and helpful. Went out of way to make sure my service contract was accurate.

I came in to have an oil change and it felt like you didn’t belong there. The atmosphere wasn’t the same and Where was all my friendly workers that used to work there and made u feel like Family and I always came back to have my car maintenance or I bought a new car again. After the fact I found out that a new ownership was taken over and wow you have a lot of work to implement on your facilities. I would have been nice to keep the old employees and paid them well then to have what you got now. I know what’s it’s like for this to happen and dealt with this before. Your going to lose some customers and hopefully you can get new ones. I didn’t like the customer service and how they didn’t communicate with each other and I didn’t feel the warmth,friendilness, Communication with some of the staff... A month ago I called to make an appointment For my car service and was transfer serveral times and cut off 3 times and wasn’t very happy about it... then I was sent a advertisement on the $24.95 Oil change, I tried calling again and it wasn’t any better, so I text in and finally someone called...

Got to dealership they got me checked in and also informed me about recall parts that needed to be replaced then got me out the door

I came in for a few recall services and was quickly greeted by the friendly service members. They were overwhelmed with other recalls, yet they worked very hard to accommodate me and my needs. Throughout the whole process; beginning to end they kept me in close contact with updates and progress of my vehicle while in service. After completion, they even walked me out to my car to ensure my satisfaction. My car was returned to me cleaner and shining more brightly than I left it. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience.
