Bought a 2015 Audi Q5 from them with in a week front headlight went out $560.00 next after 1000 miles low oil light came on decided to take it to the Audi dealership to get checked out needs a new timing belt , a special procedure for clean the rings and pistons, needed new brakes , a special sensor that went out that totaled nearly 10,000 dollars last but not least the back light went out so I paid 14,000 dollars for it tax and tag with a useless warranty so I brought a worthless car so if I were to buy a car from thier I would get it checked out buy dealership buy I buy anything from there!!!!!!

Their vehicles are high quality, name brand models and are kept in very good condition.

Excellent dealership! I scheduled a test drive a couple of times and they responded promptly. They are incredibly patient with me about waiting to make a decision. Hypiatia was a tremendous help with letting me test drive multiple vehicles and with the purchasing process. She also answered any questions we had. Overall, everyone was professional and I had a great experience. Highly recommend this dealership

I attempted to schedule a test drive appointment & they answered. I scheduled for 4pm Friday & they ignored me. So I scheduled another for 4pm Monday & was ignored again. Finally on Wednesday they replied & we setup a test drive on Thursday at 4pm. I received a message at 1pm that day saying they sold the car. They ignored me for a week & then a few hours before my appointment they sold it. This dealership is a joke.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from AutoDot at the first of Feb. 2024. It's a small lot in Sykesville MD. Most of the vehicles are high mileage automobiles but they are in great condition. The sales staff is nice. I had a problem 2 days after I bought the car. It threw a code and the check engine light came on. Oz and the guys were very accomodating and took the car back immediately and had it fixed for me. I can't say enough nice things about these folks. They were there for me every step of the way. Plus, one of the main things that Britt (my salesman) pointed out to me when I first visited, was to be aware of all of the hidden costs and add ons that other dealers charge. I was somewhat aware but did not realize the huge difference from dealer to dealer. and most of the fees are rediculous made up stuff. But not AutoDot. They have one set processing fee of $485.00. That was by far, the smallest processing fee of any of the (hundreds) of dealers that I talked to online and in person. And let me tell you this. If any dealer plays games about thier fees and won't disclose them to you up front, then do NOT do business with them. I'm very appreciative of the way AutoDot does business. I'll recommend them to anyone and already have. Word of mouth is important for small businesses, and they deserve to be recommended. Top Notch. Thanks again guys!
