I was in desperate need of a vehicle. My boyfriend and I stopped by AutoDot to take a look at their inventory. This was the second place we had been to that day. I originally wanted to look at a different vehicle until my boyfriend pointed out a Kia Sportage. When I entered the car, I took one look around the interior and fell in love. The car was in pristine shape, and squeaky clean. We wanted to test drive it but it was too close to closing time. I came back the very next day to test drive it and knew that’s the one I wanted. I worked with Josiah, he was very professional personable and accommodating. My boyfriend had questions which Josiah answered promptly and completely. I drove my Kia off of the lot the very next day. Just purchased my 2nd car from AutoDot. I went back because the 1st experience was good. Today's experience was even better. All the employees truly seem to enjoy working there which is a sign of great management. Their website is a great place to start & allowed us to narrow our search to 2 cars before we even arrived. You often don't reach a live person on the phone, but don't let that turn you off. You'll get a call back very quickly. I highly recommend this dealer.

The process of making sure the car was available, to purchasing the car was seamless. Josiah was personable, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. That was the quickest I have ever purchased a car.

My request for confirmation of availability of the advertised car was promptly and courteously responded to. The test drive scheduling, test drive and purchasing process were as easy and trouble-free as could possibly be. Jason was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The car was in great shape and they even filled the tank for me to drive it off the lot!

Dealership confirmed that the car I inquired about was there and scheduled me for a test drive that same day but before I could get there I was told it was sold and that they could offer me an older car, higher mileage, and higher price. I didn’t appreciate the “lure and switch game”.
