Great experience! Bought a Honda Pilot “as is” and noticed afterwards that a piece of roof trim was missing and they ordered it and called me back to install it after the fact even when they didn’t have to by law. Great job Nilda and Oz! I’ll be back and I will recommend you guys for sure!

Although we called and were told the car we were interested in was still available, when we arrived the salesman, Mike Friese, said unfortunately the receptionist was wrong - car was sold. However, Mike went out of his way to cut the price on any other car on the lot we might be interested in. Found one, drove it, loved it. Mike once again went out of his way when we had to pay by credit card (forgot the checkbook) and he worked to waive the fee. We will be going back when we or other members of our family are looking for our next "new" used car.
