This was a very quick and easy experience. I totaled my vehicle last Friday, visited Honda that following Tuesday and was able to take my car home 2 days later. Tyler was super kind and went out of his way to help me and my family get this done as quick and efficiently as possible. He answered all of our questions and we all wore him out with texts and phone calls, he didn’t seem to mind at all. Overall I’m very happy with my experience.

He sends updates, checks in with texts and calls, and always makes sure we’re in the loop. When we forgot a document at the dealership, he even went out of his way to deliver it to our mailbox. That kind of service is rare-and it makes a lasting impression. What we appreciate most is that Caleb listens. Alec Whittington was a breath of fresh air. I had been exhausted looking for a vehicle and found this one. It was located a few hours away which was unfortunate -- or so I thought.. The flexibility and patience demonstrated by Alec to support the unorthodox way in which I needed to view and inspect the truck, and then to figure out how to get someone in the area to meet him so that they could test drive it for me-- it was a lot to ask. Once I made the decision to purchase, Alec and his manager worked tirelessly to get everything done so that I could drive to pick it up. They stayed late as I traveled to reach the dealership by closing hours to accommodate my schedule; and up early the next morning with me to address a minor concern I had with a bulb, that was easily taken care of. The ease in which everything came together with the process was certainly evident in Alec's desire to be sure I was satisfied with everything. I am absolutely appreciative of the excellent support and if I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, he's my guy.
