After Will Stanley suggested a test drive in the HRV Exl Nordic Forest, all the extra features, he and his team worked through all the financing, and the sale was made. Where Above & Beyond Comes Standard!! I wasn’t really expecting to purchase a Porsche from a Non Porsche Dealer .. however, right after my inquiry I received a call from Nick Smith who was gave me all the request into about the car from pics, videos, paperwork, even checking some setting in the infotainment centre .. then I offered to give him a deposit to hold it until I fly-in on the weekend, however Phil the Sales Manager got involved and refused to take any deposit instead he took my word that I’ll be coming over the weekend to hold the car, and if I don’t like it no problem.. Nick picked me by the car from the airport so I can test drive it back to the dealership, where I had an outstanding experience from everyone there !! Keep up the Good work and Ask for Both Nick Smith, & Phil ..

Above & Beyond seems to be the Standard @ Hendricks Honda !! I wasn’t expecting to purchase a Porsche from a Non-Porsche dealer but right after my inquiry I received a call from Nick Smith who was actively engaged with me by phone and a text about the car , sent me all the request details, and I offer to give him a deposit to hold it until I fly-in, but Phil the sales manager got involved and said we aren’t taking any deposit, if you just give me your word that you will be flying in I’ll hold it and if you don’t like it no problem.. ‘’Really, not many people hold their word these days’’ However I flew in the following day and Nick picked me from the airport by the car that I test drove back to the dealership then finalised the paperwork, and took the car back home .. Outstanding Experience from both Nick & Phil .. I’m sure this is my first car from you and it will not be the last!! Looking forward to the next one !!

This is a review of my first service for our 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid. Lillian Paradise was my service representative. She was courteous, knowledgeable and altogether excellent to work with. She even helped to look for my sunglasses when I thought I had left them in the visitors lounge. When I left for breakfast while the car was being serviced, she promptly called me back when the service was completed. She gets five stars. The service department washed the car before returning it and I really like the video that was created, a great idea. I give the mechanic, Lillian and the driver, Andy, an "excellent" rating. I arrived early and they set to work right away which meant I got away early which I really appreciated. Thank you Wilmington Honda! I will be back! The buying experience was very good and I had excellent rapport with the salesman who was very helpful. There was a misunderstanding on the extended warranty and oil change program but Honda was very responsive and it got resolved. I would definitely use this dealership again. The Honda building is kept in immaculate shape with everything gleaming which is striking. They have a very nice customer lounge with coffee and a large screen for those who like to watch TV. The people that I've met there are attentive and professional. As with all purchases of this magnitude I would advise people to do their homework before going to any dealership but they expect that and treat customers respectfully and do not apply undue pressure like some other car dealerships. I recommend them for sure. Matt and Bubba were the two salespeople I worked with, both excellent.
