Craig did an excellent job.

Craig did an excellent job. He was extremely friendly and listened attentively to our questions. I dislike aggressive salesman and I can honestly say that while Craig wasn’t aggressive, he was still reflective of what a Honda salesman should be like. I give him five stars.

Don’t buy used luxury here.

Great dealership for Hondas. Don’t buy an expensive (over $40,000) car from them. Here is why: I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from them and purchased an extended warranty. The salesman sold me this car and it was due for an oil change at the time of sale. When I took it in for a complementary oil change (extended warranty), it took 3 hours. They do not give loaner cars! If you spend more than 40k on a car, it is well worth it to go to BMW, Mercedes’, or Land Rover/jaguar where the service aspect is free and easy you even get a loaner car so it’s not a huge inconvenience. To top this all off, I just went to get my state inspection and the car cannot be inspected, the port had been tampered with. Why it wasn’t inspected before it was sold is beyond me. It’s next to impossible to get anyone to listen and help with your problems with the car they sold without physically going in there and waiting. Save yourself a huge headache and go somewhere else.

I purchased my 2007 from Stevenson Honda February 2010.

I purchased my 2007 from Stevenson Honda February 2010. I have had all service on my car since I purchased it done at Stevenson/Hendrick. I have always been treated with respect. The service is exceptional. Recently I have been having Cody Little as my Service Advisor. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. It has been a pleasure dealing with Stevenson-Hendrick for the past 13 years.

Claude Hunter deservingly earned this 5 Stars. Too bad we can't give him more. We have a big family and dealt with many dealerships, be it purchasing, trading or having our cars serviced. Stevenson-Hendrick didn't disappoint. Due to travel we purchased the car unseen, putting our 100% trust on Stevenson- Hendrick. Our transaction was impressively smooth. Claude was helpful, have lots of energy and fun to work with. When it was time to pick up the car, we sent him back and forth to address a small steering wheel issue and he came back with a smile every single time. He has the patience that we wish everyone in this business possesses. He made the whole transaction easier and an enjoyable experience.
