Sales man Claude H. Was amazing he is the true meaning of excellent customer service. I recommend him to anyone. He truly went above and beyond from the day I inquired about my SUV to purchasing day. I stay an hour away from the deslership. He stayed late, sent pictures, texted and called to make sure I was aware of everything that went on from the day I text drove to the day I was able to bring it home. Dealership very clean everyone very polite and helpful.

Staff was accommodating to all my requests and needs. They remained professional at all times.

Worst customer service ever they don’t want to close a deal unless you buy the accessories package which is over 2k So if you don’t want accessories on it do NOT go here they will not sell you the car as is either at the msrp price I have and compared 5 different car deals I have done and no one ever force me to buy any packages plus they even get you discounts and rewards…. This deal was off for pennies if they would take those ridiculous accessories at over priced the story could be different Don’t let them force you to buy windows tint for 699 either 1000 in guards …. Find a local detailer and pay for ceramic coat which protect your entire car paint

After searching and searching my husband found a truck he loved. So Mr.Jimmy helped him through the approval process over the phone. We drove 3 hours from Va with our twins to get this nice truck. After we arrive we are going through the paper work and the very nice lady at the front desk sees that our twins are getting rowdy so she hands them candy and coloring pages and two beach balls . She even holds my son for us so we can Sign papers. This is the best dealership we have ever been to thank y’all so much for all y’all do we really do appreciate y’all.
