Let me start with this.

Let me start with this. I’ve been in contact with Jesse Helsley about a month ago, told him that I might be interested in the new 2025 Honda Pilot. He stated that when one was available to test drive, he would contact me. I also told him we were also looking elsewhere at the Cadillac xt6 to replace our xt5. He was very nice and said no problem. I contacted him about 4 days ago and asked if we could come there and get our car trade in value which he stated no problem come on in. he greeted us at the door and turned us over to Tyler Coyle, which at first, I didn’t like that, but Jesse explained the Honda process to me, all good. Short as I can I say this. These two gentlemen are a team how ever you are training your staff keep up the good work. I believe they had a plan set in place; some would call a slick dealing, but I would call it brilliant professionalism. At no time were they pushy or disrespectful. Tyler sat with us and listened to what we wanted and didn’t want with pricing and add Ons with no pressure. Jesse knew I was looking elsewhere and ended up removing that element from our minds 15 minutes after a short sit down with Tyler. I have work in the car dealership in the past many years ago and the statement that Tyler said to us is one of the most genuine and most impacting at a dealership. I quote from Tyler. “What do you need from me to put you in the new 2025 Honda Pilot today. We told him and he delivered. Congratulations you have some great employees. You have a great asset in Tyler, you should be proud and thankful to have him. We can’t say enough about our experience. The only thing myself and others don’t like about dealerships is the amount of time spent there, our time wasn’t too bad, but I also understand that you’re busy also. Good job guys you made a sale that I wasn’t really planning on making so soon. Thanks Mike & Linda Maedje

Tyler Coyle did a great job of finding the Honda that I

Tyler Coyle did a great job of finding the Honda that I was looking for. He got me good value for my trade and made the buying process easy. I was in and out of the dealership in less that an hour. This is the second car that I have purchased from them and the customer service is on point before and after the sale.

Arrived with concerns about the charging system on my

Arrived with concerns about the charging system on my vehicle from advice from a local Advance Auto. Gary O"Neal and Honda staff checked my CR-V and put the charging system under a load to determine the alternator was good and operating properly. Many thanks for a job well done.
