Hayes Family Auto

We purchased a Cadillac SRX and 3 days later the alternator went out. We thought no problem they offer a 3000 mile warranty right! We paid $550 to tow it to them which they said was not covered in the warranty. Now the front wheel Bearings need to be replaced. We put on maybe 500 miles. The Warranty has a $250 deductible and 1/2 the cost of the parts. I can replace them myself for less money! Buyer beware!!!!
