I have bought a couple vehicles from Hayes and have never been disappointed. Dylan's always been up front and honest prices were always reasonable and the whole staff is wonderful. I recommend Hayes to all my coworkers and family and friends.

Dylan has been amazing, he has found several of my friends amazing deals, and helps them find what they are looking for, never pushes a car. He looks out for you best interest and helps navigating your car buying process to be seamless and enjoyable.

Definitely not impressed. Drove over an hour to check out a vehicle. It had scratches and worn down tires. The salesman didn’t seem interested in showing the vehicle. The BB and NADA value was MUCH lower than the posted price. I was willing to negotiate but they didn’t even want to discuss it. I couldn’t even test drive the vehicle unless I was going to buy it. Really shady practice. Dealer markup is 25-45% no one pays “sticker” for a car. They seemed more like a buy here pay here spot. Too bad because a willing buyer walked away. Ultimately I’d have paid just 2K under their list price but they didn’t care. They let money walk away as well as a glowing review from and avid blogger. Definitely shop around before going there. They have some great reviews which is why I trekked down there.

I was recently in need of a family vehicle,we decided to stop at Hayes. They had a great varity of suvs and vans. We decided to purchase Dodge grand caravan. The purchase from start to finsh was by far the easiest ive ever been though.

Hayes Family Auto is one of best dealerships I’ve been to in the country! (And I’ve been around the USA) I’ve bought a total of 3 vehicles over the years! They worked on me with financing and got me into the truck I wanted! They were very nice and friendly as soon as I walked into the lot! Like I said one of the best dealerships around!
