The service department at Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of

The service department at Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph is second to none. The service manager when out of his way to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work performed on my vehicle. When he found a part that was not fitting correctly, he immediately ordered the replacement so the work could be completed right the first time. My service advisor was very informative along the way and she responded very quickly to email requests for updates despite being extremely busy. I trust Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph for all of my service needs, they treat you like family and that is very important to me.

Purchased what was advertised as a GM Certified Used

Purchased what was advertised as a GM Certified Used Vehicle, was reassured by the salesman that the van was indeed GM Certified Used, CarFax report stated "Offered for sale as GM Certified" only to find out months after the transaction that the vehicle was NOT GM Certified. Bate & switch. False advertising. Called my salesman and he said he would look into it and call me back. Guess what...... never got a call back! Called GM and they stated its a dealer issue and they can not do anything.

This is the third car I have leased with Sawyer Buick.

This is the third car I have leased with Sawyer Buick. This time they offered me an early trade-in for my lease and I ended up getting a better deal than the one that was advertised. Maggie, George, and Rob were all enthusiastic to make it happen for me. Buick are fantastic cars and mine have always been reliable. This dealership is the only one that has offered me excellent deals every time I come to them. Their service department is also fantastic with regular maintenance.

The truck we were sold was not up to par.

The truck we were sold was not up to par. You must have known that there was a major issue with it. There is no way you didnt know. Not only am i disgusted with the fact that you sold us a truck with issues, but that when we brought it in to have it fixed there was some "mix-up" in the garage and we had to wait for it another day. You should have given us two keys, not one and make us pay for the insurance so that we can get it. Also, if it was up to me i wouldn't have traded in our truck, because you way low balled us on the price. I will never buy from you again, and will never tell anyone to go there. Too many issues with the truck that you should have fixed to sell. It wouldnt have cost you that much to do the repairs and sell.

Terrible customer service once you are handed off by the

Terrible customer service once you are handed off by the "good cop" salesman to the "filthy, fat bad cop" numbers guy who will try to sell you upcharged nonsense and fail miserably to explain the padded and confusing final sales contract. They shotgunned through a higher financing package behind my back, and without my consent, 7 hours before my final test drive and contingencies were supposed to be met the following day. This created a mess with the bank and my transfered plates that took more than a month to rectify. Also, the price advertised WAS NOT the price recorded on the final contract. Everyone needs to hold these guys to their advertised price and a higher standard than what they're getting away with. Slimy fraudulent practices from a stereotypical dealership. Shame on them. Go somewhere else if you can't handle their games head-on. State your price, stand by it, or shop somewhere else.

Overall average service.

Overall average service. Didn't try to charge a ridiculous amount in fees when I bought the car. I bought a CPO enclave which had some service done prior to sale but they didn't change the engine air filter or cabin air filter. I'm pretty disappointed the cabin air filter and engine filter were not replaced when the CPO inspection was done prior to sale. I've only driven the vehicle a few thousand miles since buying it a few months ago. If the filters were border line passing when it was inspected then they should've been replaced, not sold to me at my first CPO service. I looked at the filters myself and they are definitely due to be changed, but they would not have gotten that way in 5000 miles. They should've been changed as part of the CPO inspection. Maybe they didn't quite pass their standards for being changed at that time, but it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
