I bought my first vehicle since 2009 two weeks ago so I wasn't sure how the buying experience has changed over the years. Spent 2-3 months searching for something that caught my eye and my wallet. Cha Auto was nice. Respectful. Informative. Not pushy. Excellent choices in cars. Their price range is huge. My brother was looking at a 30,000 truck and is thinking about going back in for it. I ended up getting a vehicle for under 10,000 and will be using it for UBER on the side too. Already passed the shop for UBER so I am excited. I would highly recommend checking them out for your next vehicle. My experience gave me a good car with a good price without the pushy salesman.

Just finally was able to pick up my car. I am from the Coast (seaside) and left a deposit over the phone. Came in this weekend and the car was perfect. They were nice over the phone and even better in person. I had a million questions and brought my cousin who is a mechanic and they calmly answered everything. I got such a good deal and a great car and they threw in a 3 month warranty for my peace of mind. Drove home so happy and my husband is waiting till he gets his taxes back to go get a car from them. worth the time, effort and visit. Give these guys a shot.

Had a wonderful car buying experience at cha auto sales twice now. Once 5 years ago and again recently. I was pleasantly surprised with the attention that my sales rep, Mike, gave me. Anything I needed he was quick to oblige. Very friendly and accommodating. Both times I purchased a car there was a very pleasing experience not like some other used car dealers I've dealt with before. Highly recommended and thanks again!

Use to buy cars from these guys a few years ago when I was in the car business. been out in real estate for the last few years now. my old friend was able to get me a great deal for my wife. the quality of cars here is just so much better then what else in on 82nd. hands down the best dealership around Portland.

I am grateful and happy my wife and I were able to get the vehicle we wanted. Frank helped us through every step and it was truly enjoyable working with him. He is a patient, kind man and it was nice visiting with him as well. We will definitely work with Frank again when we purchase another vehicle. I also want to thank finance (they were great and helped considerably)and the lady (Lina) who beautifully washed and cleaned the van before we left, it looked awesome! I got an awesome car here. Picked up a 2007 Toyota 4Runner. It was exactly what I was looking for and these cars are way overpriced. I got a great one with 4x4 for me and my family.

I went to several lots on 82nd. This lot was by far the nicest in terms of cars and people. They treated me with respect and allowed me to check the car out throughly. Loved the car I got there.

I am so happy with my purchase here. I bought a white G37. Those are far and few used here in Portland. They let me bring my mechanic on to their lot and he inspected it for me. Since I am a chick, I felt like I was getting taken advantage of at other of other lots. These guys, mike in particular was very nice and let me take as much time as I needed. I spent about 2 hours driving and inspecting the car and the paperwork was only about 15 minutes. Thank you so much for my car and a great experience. I will be back for my next car. Salutations.
