We were looking for a used vehicle with very specific qualities in the right price range and DeNooyer Ford had the vehicle at a great price and worked with us every step of the way even allowing our own mechanic to look at the vehicle. Very honest group. We will definitely go there first when buying our next vehicle.

I found a car through cargurus.com (now my second vehicle I located through this website) at Denooyer. I told the sales rep we'd be there at a specific time. The drive was the only semi-bad part of the experience and this was obviously out of the dealer's hands. I went to the dealership with my wife fully expecting to be "sold" but we were not. I located the car that was pulled up front for us already and we test drove the vehicle. The vehicle drove well, was clean, and was taken care of good mechanically from all appearances. We started paperwork but due to the time of the day we'd need to wait on financing and paperwork. I let the sales rep know what terms I was looking for and felt I could get. If they could get those terms I'd be back to complete the paperwork. The did better on the terms and I was back to sign with my wife. We were in and out quickly and the process was very smooth. Thanks. We very well could be back again with these results. Buying used we knew we'd be taking a chance on the vehicle...so far so good. We have seen a tire pressure light come on but should be nothing to worry about. I think if the quality of the vehicle is as good as the service we received we'll more than likely purchase our next vehicle here.

My overall experience with this vehicle was great. I decided to special order the truck to my specs, instead of having one ship in from another dealer. Alaina Jackson (my sale rep) warned me the wait could be a long wait. She understood my reasons and went through the process, if she didn't know the answer to a question, she went to other staff to get the answer (no Bull). Patience on waiting for the truck allowed me to get ready for the truck. The process of financing was not stressful Alaina Jackson and Jeff Denooyer helped me get through the process and get the best price with the ford promotions. Also Alaina followed up and showed me how things on the truck worked before I left the dealership. Everybody at the dealership was very helpful. I would return to buy another car here.

The overall process went really well. The dealer did what they said they would do. The price was good. The car was ready as promised. I hope when the time comes for service, I expect it to be as good as the purchase was.

Going into the car buying process I was nervous and filled will anxiety. The car I was driving was purchased in 2008 and had $251000 miles on it! It was time.
