Great job.

Great job. The finance department was great. Never did talk to me about a releasing, but I also told them I wanted to purchase my car.

Bad service

Been in three times for an oil change I had to fight with him about getting it right put the wrong oil in it and then I had a problem with my undercarriage cover coming loose had to fight with him about that bad service department if you can't get an oil change right how do you expect me to bring it in for anything else

Wonderful Service!

Austin Voss made purchasing a car very easy. He is personable and takes time to listen to the needs of the customer. He found us the perfect car for my daughter and we couldn't be happier. Cynda Buckallew

Very happy with my car and the personnel at DeNooyer Ford. It took a couple of days to get used to the difference in color of the gas gage. It is a leased vehicle replacing my former one.

Mustang Cody

Sales person was courteous and prompt about getting back to me with answers. Ordering on line was different but turned out to be ok. Facilities were new, clean and well maintained.

Great Experience

Treated like family. Amazing experience from ordering (full explanation of different features I could order for my F150 until I settled on my final combination of options) thru delivery (another full explanation of all the various features present in my new truck). Everyone on staff was a pleasure to work with.

I’m trying to figure out why they charging me $5k more

I’m trying to figure out why they charging me $5k more for the same vehicle just because I live out-of-state. They listed the vehicle on AutoTrader for $55,050. I called and they said dealer markup is $10k, making it $65k. I offered them $59k. They said no and then I see a price change on AutoTrader that moved it to $60k. I contacted them again and asked if I could buy it for $60k. They said no, $60k was for local in-state customers and $65k for out-of-state customers.
