Bad service
Been in three times for an oil change I had to fight with him about getting it right put the wrong oil in it and then I had a problem with my undercarriage cover coming loose had to fight with him about that bad service department if you can't get an oil change right how do you expect me to bring it in for anything else

Treated like family. Amazing experience from ordering (full explanation of different features I could order for my F150 until I settled on my final combination of options) thru delivery (another full explanation of all the various features present in my new truck). I’m trying to figure out why they charging me $5k more
I’m trying to figure out why they charging me $5k more for the same vehicle just because I live out-of-state. They listed the vehicle on AutoTrader for $55,050. I called and they said dealer markup is $10k, making it $65k. I offered them $59k. They said no and then I see a price change on AutoTrader that moved it to $60k. I contacted them again and asked if I could buy it for $60k. They said no, $60k was for local in-state customers and $65k for out-of-state customers.
