After shopping several dealerships and leaving very dissatisfied with them I went to Denooyer Ford in Vicksburg Michigan.I got a Ford Ranger from them.Very... friendly and helpful staff.I was given a very fair amount for my trade in and will take all my future business to them.Thanks again Dan and all the staff there.If you are looking for a new Ford definitely go see them.

Several. Instances with purchase such as after buying within a month a major part had to be replaced! What happened to the points of check we were told... about. Kind of a joke.And then we had to pay a deductible to have it fixed! Finally fixed...

We love our salesman, Rod and have been going to him for years. But the finance person was horrible, rude, made me wait 3 hours and the reason we will... probably never go back. We wanted to finance directly through our credit union and he wouldn?t allow it. He was very condensending and did not wear a mask when I was in his office. Never again will I deal with someone like this, ever!!!
Repair was done well and inexpensively. It took four days, however, when it should have taken one. (Hence customer service mark.)

I had to get my car in for a tire repair.. they was able to squeeze me in on there already busy day and was able to get it repaired quickly.. the facility... was clean and supplied with hand sanitizer and mask . All the employees was very friendly and respectful on the safe distance.. I would highly recommend Denooyer for your vehicle needs..

I gave the dealer a copy of the bill sheet I was looking at and they true said that vehicles were comparable and they are not so I did not work over it... very well and I am very dissatisfied with the dealer for doing that to me
