I didn’t have a good experience when I 1st arrived, but Ken Dudley, Tayon Louis, & Jawan Shaw changed that. They were awesome! Ken was a phenomenal salesman. Tayon Louis was wonderful in finance. Jawan Shaw explained the technology of the vehicle even though it was raining. I almost left because of the 1st 2 sales people, but Ken saved the day.

Excellent facility, very courteous staff, overall it was an amazing experience getting my new Sorento from them. Nicole, Jawon and Tayon made me feel at ease.

Lovely dealership.. huge selection of new and preowned cars. Once the numbers were agreed upon it was an in and out process. Everyone was professional and highly recommend everyone to go check them out. Ask for Damien when you get there.

I spoke with Liz in the ALM products department 3 months ago who told me she cancelled extended warranties and plans however I have not received my refund. She has not returned calls or emails. Now I have to go through the trouble of filing complaints with the BBB and consumer affairs. It would be so much easier to handle business with honesty and integrity and treat others as they want to be treated!

The purchase was easy. There was snapfo due to the procedures of owner financing and get the needed paperwork. My financer kept aking for the bill-of-sale to be sent over, Since, I have a copy, I sent it.

A specialized service team for each part of the process to make the sakes experience as smooth as possible. When their are multiple vehicle sales in process, as it was, the system becomes less effective, causing a long wait for the later part of the completion process. This was after the finance portion with Tim, who performed well. Everyone tried their best under the conditions.

The salesman was really efficient at getting the paper worked processed and having it ready for us by the time we got there. Great buy.

Exceptional customer service. Sales experience was amazing and when I brought my car in for service they got me in and out fast. They even gave me a discount for one of the parts that was needed. Overall very satisfied with the experience. I will keep recommending people to go to ALM Kia South. Ask for Tyrone when you get there.
