We were totally mis-diagnosed. We were told that Jim Marsh Kia replaced the motor in April of 2020, which was COMPLETELY false. All that was done in April by Jim Marsh was a software update! Then I was told it was misfiring in two cylinders, when I took it to a REAL dealership, it was definitely mis-fitting in two cylinders, just NOT THE TWO THAT I WAS TOLD BY Towbin! While waiting on service for my vehicle, I was looking at some new vehicles, possibly thinking about buying my mother a new truck for Christmas, but I guess since I have tattoos all over my body, face, and neck, I am not important enough to approach! There were 5 salesman standing in the lot staring at me and not one approached me to ask if I had any questions or needed any help!! Well I took the $9,000 in my pocket and went and put it down on a brand new Lexus truck for my mom. I wouldn’t go back to this dealership if they offered me a free vehicle! When I was picked up in my brand new Lexus and pulled money out of my pocket they tried their hardest to apologize, and continued to say, “Sorry, we thought you were only here for service!” Then I would have been sitting in the waiting room!! It is almost 2021, when is the ignorance, of judging people by the way they look, evaporate from this planet???
