Our sales man was very helpful lots of energy but the

Our sales man was very helpful lots of energy but the finance manager I did not like my son had a bit of a circumstance with his job where he works full time in the summer and part time in the winter because he is also a full time college student. Now he went online fill out there credit app got confirmation that it was approved and the car he wanted with the payment he wanted. Just to find out when we get there that it was not and mind you we drove all the way from Salisbury Md. so we left without a car but went to ourisman Hyundai and got a car and the payment he wanted so today was not a waste.

Yes I visited the office today.

Yes I visited the office today. I met Frederic my sales rep. He was polite helpful and determined. He promised I would leave with a car and he worked relentlessly to make it possible. And he succeeded.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I RECIEVED A LETTER THAT I COULD GET FINANCING WHILE IN BANKRUPTCY. I SPOKE WITH HECTOR WHO TOLD ME THEY COULD GET ME IN THE CAR I WANTED. EVEN AFTER TELLING HIM I WAS COMING IN 2 HOURS AWAY HE ASSURED ME I WOULD QUALIFY. HECTOR DOESNT EVEN WORK IN THE STORE ! THEY HAD NONE OF MY DOCUMENTS I SENT TO THEM AND I COULD NOT GET THE CAR I WANTED. I DECIDED TO GO FOR ANOTHER CAR A 2018 INFINITI QX30. THE SALES MANAGER GUY LEWIS STATED I COULD QUALIFY IF I PUT DOWN $1500 AND I COULD TAKE THE CAR HOME TODAY WITH $500 DOWN. I DECIDED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THAT DEAL. I PAID THE $500. WHEN WE GOT IN THE CAR THE CAR HAD NO GAS AND THE TIRE PRESSURE WAS LOW. GUY LEWIS REFUSED TO PUT GAS IN THE VEHICLE AND EVEN ASKED HIS SALE AGENT TY TO PUT GAS IN THE CAR. TY WAS KOND ENOUGH TO FOLLOW US TO WAWA AND PUT AIR IN THE TIRE. ONE DAY LATER Guy calls me and tells me that the deal.could not go through. My mom decides she would get the car in her name. While as I was taking my mom to dialysis the car brokedown at the light and would not start. I called the dealership and was told I would have to use my own insurance to have the car towed. My mom and I were stranded for 2 hours and she missed her dialysis appointment the sales amanger Guy Lewis did not care and was only concerned with the car. After spending an additional $160 to have the car towed Guy Lewis calls and I told him I didn't want the car! He arranges for the car to be picked up and I told him I wanted my money back! He assured me he would have my money when I came.to pick up my vehicle I left there the following day. After paying my brother to drive me 2 hour back to the dealership Guy did not have my money and made excuses as to why he didn't return my down payment although they had their car. Guy Lewis is a LIAR and the Company is a sham!! They sell Lemons and prey on those with credit issues!! This company has caused me and my disabled mom much distress. I would give this place 0 stars!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!
