I came back to easterns to trade in my car and was helped by an awesome Staff. Drew (Frederic Brooks) worked with me and made sure my questions got answered as best as possible. There were some system hiccups but all staff, including Guy, worked hard to ensure that I was able to drive my car home this Sunday afternoon. I would have liked a little more communication and clarity regarding the process but I am very appreciative of the welcoming and comfortable environment. Ms Lisa in the office walked me through my paperwork and thoroughly explained each item that got signed. Thank You all for help with my trade. I know that other customers will be just as satisfied with the work that you do.

#1 They put the car in my bother in law name and me as co-signer, and didn't tell us until we where signing the contract, I was suppose to be the owner and him the co-signer, THIS WASN'T FAIR. I WAS ALSO THERE FROM 11:30 AM UNTIL 6;30 pm #2 Was supposed to have a full tank of gas, i was told to bring it back up and they would put the gas in it. NOW I WASTED MY TIME THIS MORNING #3 Now I get a call tonight, 700PM that some papers where missed for signing and they want us to COME BACK THERE TO SIGN THEM. THIS IS THE MOST HORRORABLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH BUYING ANYTHING. NOW I HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME AND GAS TO COME BACK THERE.. MY BROTHER IN LAW SAID HE ISN'T DOING IT. I AM TO BRING THE PAPER HOME AND HE WILL SIGN THEM, THEN I HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME AND GAS AGAIN. COME ON NOW. As far as the sales person who was with me the whole time he was the best. Kept saying he was sorry for it taking so long. His name is TYWAUN HAMMONDS, I KNOW I WILL TELL ANY MEMNERS OF MY FAMILYOR FRIENDS NOT TO BY A CAR FROM EASTERN; IT IT THE PITTS. I WAS TREATED UNFAIRLY AND WAS REALLY UPSET ALL NIGHT NOW HAVE TO DEAL WITH GOING BACK THERE BECAUSE OF THE STUPITY, NOT FAIR. #4 NOW EVERYTHING CONCERNING THE CAR WILL GO TO HIS HOUSE AND THEN HE HAS TO GET THEM TO ME, THE TITLE, TAGS WHEN DUE, INSPECTIONS WHEN DUE. IT JUST ISN'T FAIR. THISN IS A HORRIBLE CAN OF WORMS THAT HAS HAPPENED AND WILL CONTINUE TO HAPPEN. TRECTNIALLY THIS COULD BE CONCERNED FAUD. I received prompt and friendly service. i was in a hurry and i was in and out in 30 mins or less.

The staff is very generous and helpful. When you walk in they welcome you with open arms. This dealership is a good place to buy cars.
