This is the 3rd time I have gone back to Honda of Slidell

This is the 3rd time I have gone back to Honda of Slidell to buy a car. It's always a pleasant experience and I feel taken care of. Definitely worth the short drive from Metairie.

This is the ONLY Honda location that can service my

This is the ONLY Honda location that can service my vehicle. I pass up 2 Honda locations just to have my vehicle serviced here. The entire staff is amazing but to be specific my service provider is Jenny. Such an amazing service advisor. She makes my commute to this location worth it.

Sales staff is always courteous and helpful. This was my 3rd purchase from Honda of Slidell. I keep going back even though i live in Metaire. It's always worth the short drive. Always a pleasant experience and never feel like I'm being pushed into anything.

I arrived for a an oil change, upon getting checked in I

I arrived for a an oil change, upon getting checked in I was immediately told it was time for a timing belt change. I told her that only B1 showed up on my dashboard. She quoted me what I thought was over 1200 but it was 1800.00. While Jenny customer service was excellent, I was disappointed because I was told that my car needed this to avoid damage to my engine. I protested because I had this service done recently. She stated no and I had my dad, myself, and husband applying for sunbit to cover the cost. I was stressing to come up with the initial cash payment and eventually said I can?t do it. I moved forward with the oil change. My dad then said I know she had this work done. Jenny looked back at my service history and proved our point that we did. I was very upset that I wasted so much time applying for credit on something I already paid for. I would have double paid for a service I didn?t need and ping my credit for nothing

I always get prompt, friendly service at Honda of Slidell. I do all my service there and my car runs like it is new in spite of having 172,000 miles on it. Misty is great!
