False Advertising--Typical Car Dealership

Went to Matt Bower Ford today to purchase a new Ford F150. I met Amber at the door of the dealership. Extremely nice young lady who was very professional and pleasant to work with. Amber was knowledgeable about the truck I was looking to purchase. The problem came when we went to settle the deal. I was willing to pay the price that was advertised on the internet for the 2020 F150. After Amber made several trips to the "bull pen" , one of the gentlemen, DAIVD , came to the little cubicle. His first words to me were that my check that I had written looked strange-"he had never seen a check like this". After some discussion about the check we moved on to discussing the price of the truck. He stated he could not sell the truck as ADVERTISED. He stated they do not add on after the cost like other dealerships such as for the air, lug nuts, etc. The price on the internet was artificially low to get customers into the dealership. Too Funny! David did not have any people or service skills that Amber had. HIs demeanor was deplorable. Not sure how he got his job. So I picked up my check and left. YEP--MATT BOWER REALLY HAS YOUR BACK !!!! A BUNCH OF CRAP!

Review of Vehicle Purchase and Trade-In and Antwan

I bought a 2013 Toyota RAV, then found out the next day that it was too old a vehicle for what I intended to use it for, The next day, I traded it in for a 2018 Ford Escape. It was a seamless transaction, and I was extremely appreciative of the dealership's ability to turn on a dime and figure out how to solve my problem with no more money down. My salesperson was Antwan Holmes. I can not say enough good things about Antwan, and highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle to seek him out. Antwan was an excellent listener and was laser-focused on finding the right vehicle and price to fit my needs. He is also a person of high character. He was courteous, a gentleman, and very intelligent. Importantly, he is very experienced and knew all of the most efficient pathways for accomplishing my goal to swap a one-day old vehicle for a newer vehicle with less mileage and no more money down. Too, the Finance team was fantastic and very experienced. In short, my entire experience with the process of purchasing a vehicle and trading it in the next day for another vehicle was fantastic; particularly with Antwan.

Dream come true!

I had a 2003 F-150 Supercrew Lariat Fx4 and at 358000 it was done. I was in need of a new truck so I started the search. I found a deal at Matt Bowers that I couldn’t not check into. Upon arrival I was greeted by the finance manager and then was set up with a salesman. However this guy wasn’t a sales man he was just a wonderful person. Mr. Jeremy Stagray was a true blessing to me. He never pushed me or haggled me during the process. He listened and needless to say I drove off three hours later in the exact brand new 2020 F-150 I had gone down to look at. Btw it only had 26 miles on the odometer. Thank you Jeremy Stagray for everything. It was a pleasure to work with you to make my dream come true but it is even better now to call you a friend.

Amazing

I went in because I couldn’t believe how great of a deal I was able to get. I bought a new 2019 F150 and I am impressed with how I was treated and Mr. Holmes did an awesome job. They didn’t try to add a whole bunch of add ons. I got a good deal on my trade in for my Fusion. I accidentally left my garage door opener and they were able to send it by mail which I am very greatly appreciated because it’s an hour and a half away. I definitely recommend them and I will consider them in the future!

Mat Bower service department is sad THREE HUNDRED.

Brought 2012 F150 to Mat Bower a week ago for transmission problems. Stopped by today to check on it. Was told by Natasha Lowe that it still needs to be diagnosed and that there were THREE HUNDRED vehicles in front of me with transmission problems and only One technician to work on transmissions. This is sad THREE HUNDRED transmissions and ONE technician. Makes me reconsider a Ford. Neal P. Binnings
