Tasca would not honor price quoted in writing

This issue is no reflection of the sales staff. Carissa was extremely helpful with finding a vehicle and getting information to her sales manager. She corresponded with me after hours to help expedite the sales process. She was awesome. The bottom line is the sales staff have no control over vehicle pricing. This review is towards the finance team the gave me the agreed on price for the 2020 SOUL. I recently inquired about a new KIA Soul I spoke with the salesperson Carissa, and gave her the details on my trade a 2016 MB C300. I sent pictures, vin number and miles. I was given a price of $28,900 , all in with my trade including any negative equity. I confirmed the price with the sales person. I was assured this was the price. I received a text, followed up by an email with the window sticker of the car I was going to purchase. I gave a deposit on the 2020 Soul to secure the car. This was at the start of the week. I was coming down on 10/26 (Saturday) to take delivery of the Soul. Friday afternoon I receive a call from the Sales Mgr who reported that he made a $10,000 error and would not be able to sell me the car at the price I was originally given . Regardless of the agreed on price stated in their email and texts. I find it hard to believe that a dealer can issue a price on a vehicle and not stand by the price quoted. I was given a price at the start of the week , was in contact with the sales person throughout the week giving her information regarding the sale of the car along with my trade in. Last minute to find out they would not honor their price. I would be extremely hesitant to conduct business with TASCA KIA in the future.

Kia Niro

Happy to be able to work out a deal. Tasca is more willing then other dealers to make a better offer on trade in vehicle.

Amazing experience

Me and my fiance looked around to get my car traded and the dealerships we tried gave us no hope .we called kia and talked to a sales rep carrisa let me say coming in and having her help us was the best thing we could've done. Carrisa helped us and made the whole experience and process so easy I couldn't belive it now we are so happy driving our new car. Thank you carrisa

Best Experience Ever

I always dreaded going to car dealerships to purchase a car because it's long and annoying to me until I went to Tasca Kia in Johnson and met Carissa!! She is amazing and probably the best sales person I have ever met. She was kind, funny and truly wanted us to get the perfect vehicle. They are dog friendly which is dear to my heart. Maliaca was a pure joy to deal with when it came to financing and finalizing paperwork for my vehicle. The experience was 100% amazing from start to finish and I would recommend this dealership to ALL!!

2010 Toyota RAV 4

Purchase of my 2020 Telluride was easy and seamless!

The timing was perfect to purchase my new, gorgeous 2020 Kia Telluride. These SUV's are difficult to find especially my preference, white with light gray interior. From my first telephone call with Kevin to my text messages and in person experience with Carissa and the Sales Manager, Tasca Kia was awesome. When I learned that the dealership had a Telluride available, Carissa stayed after her shift on Saturday to ensure I was able to see and test drive the vehicle. I opted to purchase it and she stayed after hours on Sunday to ensure I had possession of my new vehicle on Sunday evening. She also offered to take care of dropping off my lease. I was upside down on my lease so I was anxious to return it ASAP. Carissa is very knowledgeable about the Tellurides and is certified in this vehicle which was an added bonus. She reviewed all of the features which were many! Her personality is upbeat and she is very nice with work with. Run don't walk to Tasca Kia and ask for Carissa. You will love the Tellurides and your experience with Carissa!

Purchasing a new Kia.

She knew the product. She listened to what I wanted. She knew what I wanted. We looked at two Kia Sportages, and she knew which one was for me before I even said it. Marcy is a very caring person. And the reason I purchased the Sportage was because I had a 2014 Kia Sorrento and they are now about the same size, and she knew that. I felt very comfortable dealing with her. Thank you Marcy.

Experience was above average

Carissa my sales person was very knowledgeable about the Kia product. My experience from start to finish with carissa was top notch. Stan worked with me to create a deal I would be comfortable with.for that I thank him. Kudos go out the finance dept for the ease in which that process went
